A professional-looking website for a satellite and aerial services business in Swindon

My client is a start-up business offering Digital Aerial and Satellite services, plus support on the Digital Switchover and advice on Freesat and Freeview, to residents in and around Swindon. Being a start-up business the budget was not high, but the client wanted a web presence that would portray a fresh, professional image of his business as well as deliver relevant local search-engine traffic and convert them through good calls-to-action.

Our Solution

Aerial and Satellite installation in SwindonWe built the site using WordPress 3.1 and a premium theme, the combination of which gives a good clean, professional feel to the site, whilst providing a great content management platform so that the client can edit the site himself going forward.

The site features a home page slider, to highlight the various aspects of the business, each with a specific call-to-action to drive conversions, and also a featured area with related icons to break up the text and provide a little graphical interest. We have also installed a neat little question-and-answer plugin that is easily maintained by the client and provides a slick AJAX presentation to display/hide answers to common TV and Aerial questions.

Update: The website owner has now closed his business down.
