HR & Diversity

With many years of experience and an existing website that contained lots of content but relatively few conversions, David and Christine Pratt felt it was time to freshen things up a bit with a new site.

Having been built a few years ago, their existing website was in need of a freshen-up, but David and Christine were keen to retain as much of the existing content as they could. They also wanted to move to a WordPress platform so that they could actively maintain the site going forward, and had already chosen DITthemes’ Thesis theme for the job.

Our Solution

Complete HR Solution in SwindonThis project was a great fit for our Freshen-Up service, where business owners can have a fresh new style applied to their existing website content (which may or may not already be a WordPress site).

We took all of the existing website page content, migrated it to a WordPress platform with the Thesis theme, added a few useful plugins (Gravity Forms, Wickett Twitter widget, XML Sitemap generator), and then created a CSS coloured box to match the site so that the clients can liven up sections of their text.

As with all websites, the work is never finished, but this was a cost-effective solution that quickly improved the look of the HR Diversity site and gave the client a platform they could grow further themselves.
